I *think* it might be something to do with factory relay as the fuel pump doesnt prime, dash lights up ok.

Yeah good idea, did you butcher up the factory one to make it or go from scratch? If you went from scratch what did you do about those two lines off it? For the t2 round here we cut the intake in half and spun the top on it and rewelded it so the intake was now pointing the other way, this worked w...

Going by the maths of it all, a 2 1/4" exhaust is all a city should ever need, unless its producing over 300hp

, just built an exhaust for a t2 using 2 1/4 with one muffler near to back, and it sound nice, but not much louder than stock, much better performance tho!

headlights sound like something simple but silly...

does the turbo make any power or boost?
or does it make too much and the car hits fuel cut and hits a fuel cut violently?

I think its all possible after having looked at it, depends on how far you want to go really.. aftermarket with all the jazz is definatly the big power way to go, keep it simple and keep it easy will net some good power too!
