looks the the wire going to the O2 sensor or cat convert temp sensor, i cant remember which of the top of my head though...

I think its the cat converter one...

A friends had similar problems with a completly different setup, but same things, metal motors seazing without use etc.... real pain i feel :(

mine has a real hessatance up top with your foot down too, sounds similarish?

Sounds like theres going to some bad ass old skool civics around :)

Hey fellas! Thanks for the comments on the prelude guys :) gives you an idea of what can be done with some time and effort. I agree with tim on the glassing thing, its pretty simple once you get going, and haveing a basic shape to mold makes life MUCH simpler. Even if you make polystrien shapes and ...

It sounds liek a rebuild is on order all right, near bearings shouldnt be too much though anyway.
