i dont think they will fit, tried some 17s of those dementions on my car tonight, hits strut in the front, and didnt clear something in the rear...
close tho!

more offset OR some wheel spacers...

I will check that tommorow, ive got meaty earth leads on the block and manifold which should help.

Was that single wire in the engine bay or back in the cabin?

No injector firing - FIXED

Hey all.. Anyone hadthis fault? No inector firing at all, no computer codes, ignition timing/cam timing should be ok. I can get the car to run on petrol spraying into the intake (carby style) tons of fuel but no computer pulse on injector wireing.. tried another resister block and cam angle sensor b...

just winding the crank over by hang slowly one one rev.
Just stopping when fluid comes out.
Ive got some kerosine to use.

yeh, its not ideal but meh :roll:
Cant be bothered pulling it all apart (yet)

having been playing around with it this arvo...

am going to use cam to open cyclinder and cvcc, tip fluid in and compress fluid out of the cyclinder, that will give us TDC...

old trick but can work :)
Any better ideas?

Exhaust Lamp dash light

Yo, ive got the exhaust high temp light up on the dash, does anyone know if it effects the car at all?

Also, how to get rid of it?
Im guessing its from the old cat converter (now gone) and there is a heat proofed wire coming from that area thats been choped...

ground it?

cant do that in a city, as you cant get access the the cyclinder, only the CVCC chamber...

im guessing you could go by the keyhole on the end of the crank?

no timing marks

Any visual way to line up the cam timing with the crank to get TDC without marks on the flywheel?

My flywheel got the big shave a i think its got a mark on it where it should be but its out currently when i dont think it should be?
I need to check it any ideas?

Im sure i have seen a diagrame of the black control box end on, with the vacume hoses all numbered and there placing..

Anyone know f the picture im on about?
