Size does matter

Postby eddie » Wed Aug 18, 2004 1:37 pm

My city is currently running on a set of 14" with 185/60R14

Everything seems fine at first the wheels looks great handling has improve!!

The good thing about city is that you don't need a big set of wheels or lowing and it still looks good.

Ok..  A while later a notice there is noice coming from the back.  And yet you guess it, is the wheel scratching the bumper.

So just a reminder that when changing the wheel check to make sure nothing touching the wheel!!

I had the same problem with my 15's.  Power-file fixed that but i went to the tyre shop and got the tyre profile changed the next day.  In theory if you've got the right profile tyres on you shouldn't get any scraping.

Actually if you have seen my alburm this is the second set of wheels I got. The first set work fine because there is only 20% treat left on them.

And this set have 90% treat on them when I got them, now after the scraping about 70% !!!!  :P :P
