turbo removal

hi guys wondering what the easyest way to remove the turbo off my t2 city as it is buggered and needs a recon so please let me know what is the easiest way to remove it

The infobase should be your first port of call for a question like that.
Pretty much get under the car, take off all the exhaust from the turbo back to the first joiner under the car then follow the directions in that guide for actual turbo removal.

especially if you can post a fix to a problem you may have had for others with similar issues!

well it went no good as the bolts are very tight but i am trying as it is hard when the car is my daily car and i need it so my dads mate he knows is going to have a look as he is a mechanic so ill let you know how that goes

Hey damokeman, did you bathe all of the bolts/nuts in CRC? Do its every 3 hours for a couple of days, it will work.

carby/throttle body cleaner can have some magical effects if you leave your head under the bonnet for too long :lol:
