What fuel type do you use for your city?

Postby City_Ridah » Tue Aug 19, 2008 12:25 pm

Hey guys

just out of curiousity, anyone use other than 91 on their city? I want to try the gull force 10 petrol in mine as i heard it cleans up any water present in the fuel tank, but im not sure if thats a good idea (using force 10 in a really old car)

if youve used 98 or 95 let me know if youve felt any performance difference etc

thanks

City Turbo was actually designed to run off 91, but on an old and dirty (internally) engine, I would run 98 to help stop pinging. I run 98 whenever possible as it runs a bit smoother, and the difference in price is negligable.

yeah it definitely runs cleaner on 98 and is generally a good idea to run it on this to reduce the risk of detonation, especially if boost levels are being raised at all
