Hey there everyone!
What is the standard fuel cut on a city 1 turbo?
around 16psi?
And how does one get around it?
(when the proper mods have been done to handle it of course...)
Justin.
Fuel Cut
Re: Fuel Cut
Yep, fuel cut is at about 16psi. You need a Fuel Cut Defender to delete the cut. If you are interested, i can supply you with one for $30... Email me if you are interested.

Re: Fuel Cut
I'd be very cautious about disconnecting or bleeding of air to MAP sensors. There are two MAP sensors on the city turbo, one for boost one for vacuum. They are not there for the boost cut, that is the job of the computer. The role of the MAP is to send an electrical signal representitive of engine load to the computer for use in air/fuel/ignition calculations. Playing with them, such as disconnecting one, will effect the mixtures of the engine, possibly causing leanout; just what you dont want when you are raising boost levels...
Be careful!

Hey there QikLude,
There's nothing wrong with owning a Honda stable!!
The only problem is you can't race yourself in them!! ;D

yeah bit of a problem that!
My prelude would win hands down, but still be funny :)
I will have to line the two citys up one day when there both finished, would be quite interesting.
One tinkered up one and one nicely rebuilt but more standard one... see what 1/4 mile times I could get?
Jw.
