Re: any common things related to hunting...
Ha. Love your work Colza. Didn't think I would have the last word....but your still totally wrong of course. Hey you mentioned that the throttle stop screw had been moved to the wrong place on all the cities you have seen. How do you know where the right place is? Have you adjusted them with su...

Re: any common things related to hunting...
Colza, sorry to be an anal bastard but the valve on the side of the head is the thermostat and the sensor at the bottom of the radiator is a sensor. Geez I'm a bloody pain in the arse, why does that even matter?

Re: 15" x 6.5" WILL THEY FIT T1
I reckon they would fit as long as the PCD, centre bore and offset are all right. If they came off a Honda they would probably fit. Centre bore approx 56mm, offset 45mm, PCD 4x100

Re: any common things related to hunting...
May be a sensor but not likely and it wouldn't be the one at the bottom of the radiator. As i said i think that ones just to make the thermo fan kick in.

Re: any common things related to hunting...
I thought the fan was wired to the sensor at the bottom of the radiator so that it kicked in when the car was stationary and the water trickling down to the bottom of the radiator was not being cooled. Didn't think it had anything to do with the thermostat other than if your thermostat wasn't openi...

Re: any common things related to hunting...
I actually think that the hunting on some of the Citys has something to do with the water temperature. When i replaced my thermostat i noticed that the car runs just slightly cooler than it did. When I flog my car a bit or before the thermostat opens fully, my car idles perfectly. As soon as the ...

Re: need a screw!
Can somebody please clarify where this screw came from. In the bottom pic you can see two holes. The smaller hole being for the idle adjust and the larger, being the pot for the autochoke? Is the screw for the idle (smaller hole) or did it come out of the pot? The reason that I ask is that a whi...
