A loose top engine mount (the rubber shrinks over time apparently) can be fixed by wraping some vaccum hose around it, I used some welding rod to keep the ends together (to make an O ring of sorts) while I squeezed it into place. How's $300 sound? It's a 'low km' import engine that I only put a handful of k's on.
