If youv got a bigger exhaust on it might want to bore out the wastegate hole as well if it hasnt been already other wise youll get other problems.

Waste gate has seized closed, Its a common problem.
Id get under the car pop the sirclup off the wastegate acrator and try turning it by hand. If its stiff then get at it with some crc or wd40.

But best to get a boost guage first and see if it acutrally is over boosting.

Cool, mine read at 79wkw with a blown turbo. Should be able to get the sheet scanned tomorrow or alternatively ill do another run at the end of the week and try for a better number. But dyno does read low here. Got 131wkw on my integra at dobsons where it only read 124kw on this dyno so thats around...

Fitted a new boost controller to my car today. With the controller off it doesn't reach 12psi till 3500rpm. Suspect its because the waste gate slowly opens instead of staying closed till I reach the desired boost. With it turned on works the same as other boost controller and reaches 15psi 2900rpm. ...

Imo go for a better fuel pump then standard. That was if you decide to up the boost later on you wont have to worry about the fuel pump so much.

Most the bolts are already removed just 1 in the middle holding them and the foglights are screwed into the bumper but have lots of cable behind them so looks like i just need to undo that 1 bolt then slide the bumper off.

You have a point, But having a map converter has alot more re-sellerty (if thats a word) Such as if some ones looking for map sensors for there city turbo they could just buy the converter and run a regular map sensor since its getting harder to find city ones. Its also a lot safer to just deal with...

What turbo you running. mines got long intercooler piping and is on full boost 14psi at 2800rpm.

Just had to keep the intercooler piping on the smaller side so there wasnt too much room to fill with boost.

Are you still going to use them, thought you were going to convert to obd1.

Been playing around with a mates camfc on my car and it looks like the map sensors have a bit of over lap and editing sensor B will throw a error if your in low boost/rpm. So I can eather raise the place the raising rate fuel pressure reg starts and tune from higher up. Will need to play around more...
