With the cathalitic convertor wire if you remove it just earth it and that will get rid of the light.

Got the kit I listed on first post and it does fit.

Whats happened to this so far?

Check the oil and make sure they havnt put dirt in the oil filler hole.
Thats what happened to my mates mazda when it got stolen. Pritty much just skidded it and stole all the good stuff out of it then farked it with sand and dirt.

Quite often ill be driving and the voltage will raise to 15.4V which makes my turbo timer start beeping so I turn the lights on so it drops back down to 14.8v.

Should I be worryed about the voltage being that high?

Few things Id check is if the speedo cable is pluged in to the gearbox and or the dash. If that is plugged in on both side and the speedo still doesnt work I would remove the dash and check to see if there is anything burnt out in it.
