My T2 has a front "over bumper" thingy.
I'll take a pic of it. But its not for sale, just for ideas.

Re: Adrian Taylors City T2 rally car
I found their site, if anyone else is interested:
http://www.extremedriving.net/circuit_locations.html
I'm going to contact them, the way they describe, they can work on your car! So if they've got a T2, it might be fun getting a street T2 to handle like the real thing ;D

Re: T1 for sale
I so wish i had the money Crooky. You do know you can buy an ER Turbo Block (head and all) for $600 ish from Jap Imports at Cardiff. Then you could swap it over and whalla, problems fixed. If i had $1200 (or had access to) i'd buy it and do the same. Unless you accept payment plans... Cheers, Luke...

Re: Aftermarket Computers
There's a guy locally where i am, he said he's got a Microtec computer running as a 5th injector.
This doesn't even make sense and his car never runs (blows turbo's and now has cracked piston etc). I think he's full of shit personally.
He claims 170HP at 18psi with stock intercooler/airbox.

Re: Good Intercooler upgrade for T2
Kam, yeah give me an e-mail or tell me yours. I've got family in Brisbane that can pick it up for me. I'm in Newcastle myself. Others... OK i'm starting to see the light about front-mount. Keeping the heat off it is an issue. And i suppose the 3 foot of piping may be worth it when on long drives in ...

Re: Good Intercooler upgrade for T2
The cost of Water to Air outweigh the benefits. That car pic isn't applicable because we all know that's a Hill Climb car running 18+ boost. That's why there's minimal lag (but stresses the turbo more than stock). What IC is that but? I'm sure it'd fit in top-mount form (the bonnet hump is quite dee...

Re: Good Intercooler upgrade for T2
I'm not going front mount. All the cars you see (besides city's) with front mounts have the turbo facing the front, not the back, therefore piping isn't 3 foot long. Our little turbines have to work pritty hard when you've got front mount, increasing the lag and you have to up the boost just to make...

Re: Lubricant for T2 gearbox???
In the books, it says you use normal Motor Oil in the gearbox, something about the syncho's or something, it relies on thin oil to prevent wearing. Highter grades may wear the g/b quicker than lower grades. I used 20w50 and added a small amount of gearbox additive. But i'm keen to see what others ha...
