Your lowering limit on a T2 is the wheel hitting the inside of the flared guards.
And, unfortunately that happens well before the car would be considered 'low'.

An engine needs 2 things to run. Fuel, spark, and them arriving at the right time. Work out which one you are missing and then go from there. Oh dear. Changing the crank shaft WILL increase the engine capacity. It will also change your compression ratio and put your pistons into the head if you dont change the rods and or pistons as well.
