Can anybody confirm if the oil filter on a T1-T2 engine is an M20 1.5 thread?

I just want to know to ensure when I buy an oil filter sandwich plate for my oil cooler it will have the correctly threaded fittings for the standard oil filter.

On my K11 Micra, going from the standard 16mm on my Micra to a 20mm adjustable made a noticable difference. Selby's are the people who did my rear adjustable swaybar and I did send my original rear swaybar so they could check the measurements they already had.

They mentioned at the time they had on file, front and rear, just wanted my rear to be on the safe side with my order.

I'm after a 'spare' T1 front bumper for my slowly progressing T1 race car.

I need to modify it (cut holes etc) to fit the front mount intercooler and oil cooler.

So if it is a bit beaten up, that should be OK.

Why not just get a set of custom pistons & rings made. For much less than $2k (I would think) you would be back on track with your rebuild.
