I got my T2 (now TurboCabs) to 155 on goldcoast motorway, but backed off when entered a section unprotected from cross wind etc...doors seemed to be rattling slightly which put me off, as did a premanition of how much we'd flip if my front tyre blew or something... :shock: but car was steady and slo...

. from memory it was discussed it simply raises fuel pressure or richness or something across the board , it doesnt alter boost cut or anything.

probably better getting the boostcut/ecu adjusting device fella on here has been designign for a while... :)

thats awesome!

It be a shame to have to put the plastic strips and to many badges back on, what are your plans for that?

Also it looks tough with the front bumper off, kinda early VW Golf-ish....    plenty more room for a aluminium radiator and intercooler!

I myself just did a basic search a few years back...

85 T2 on the goldcoast hwy got to 155 with two passengers medium revs and boost ( 0.7 bar).   bit scary on the unshielded bits when the wind kicks through.  :o less traffic more space? maybe it'd push 170 or more dot think Id fancy any more than that ina City. accelarations the fun part anyway...   ...
