right i have it now Dudes, the ball joints used in the conversion with the existing City Lower Control Arm are..............................Peugeot 306 1993-02 with power steering, the 16mm BallPin ( not the 18mm BallPin ) lower ball joint, the UK part number is FBJ-5310 although that's part number won't be much use to yous i thought i would get it anyway, hope this helps someone out, as i needed some help, believe me they work great.
ps the ball joint over here costs £20 and are shaped like a three toed webbed bird foot and have a bolt hole at the toes ( three bolts ).

After comparison different modification City AA, I find four different part number of ball joint. But I think exist two primary part from this selection – ball joint for City R / E / Turbo – and – ball joint for City Turbo II / Cabriolet.
Turbo II and Cabriolet have more long wheel base. That’s parts have marking “7TII”.
But it’s not important, because these pats already not manufacture many years. One way it’s -repair existence ball joint.
All work, it’s disassemble ball joint and make new plastic seats for ball. If ball surface have a rust, need clean rust and before polish this surface for low friction. After repair works and change seats, parts assembling.

City Pro ball joint
Rear plate
Remove cover
Lubrication with water
Ball stud and seat
Rear side after process
Wow - it's finish. Now I have a good ball joint for My TurboII

Re: WANTED New Ball Joints
Just go to specialist engineering shop. Ask any panel beater to steer you in the right direction. The engineer will deal in all sorts of wheel trueing and so forth. Just take the arms in with the ball joints in situ and they do the rest. IE replace with generic ball joints that conform to the city sizing constriants.

After same thing now. Fixed 2 things for WOF. Wheel bearings and steering rack and now failed on ball joints in re-check lol.
Repco/Apco/BNT/Supercheap all said they dont do anything that will work. But Honda sells them new here for $116 + GST
So ill have to take the arm out and take it some where to get something that will fit installed.
