boost problem

got some problem after i setup front mount intercooler. before i setup it up, i was 0.9 bar....after i change it...first gear full throttle has 0.6 bar only, second gear 0.7 and third gear 0.9 bar...........isn't it every gear has the same boost?????????

also, i have checked all pipe mounts are  tight

Nope every gear doesnt have the same boost, the city hasnt got much boost control so if you have decent flow you will always run a higher boost in 3rd (except if you run a fancy boost controller like mine :p)[third gear boosts the highest cause there is the most load on the engine with it still being able to rev easyish]

The reason you are getting less boost is because the intercooler adds lag by adding volume to the system.

With my home-made boost controller with its hold-off function it holds the wastegate shut until a pre-determined time so i can boost 16psi easy in any gear, even first. It also means boost comes on VERY quickly and I get mad wheelspin in 1st and second in the wet.
