i feel so bad for you aussies!
i am always hearing about how bad the restrictions on young drivers are,
it seems so harsh!!

i live in wellington, new zealand, and every thursday night, boy racers and car enthusiasts gather with their performance cars at various spots over lower hutt to cruise, pull skids, socialise, and drag race off the lights at melling railway station.

Its because we apprantely have a high figure of youth drivers being killed every year that the govt has decided to put harder restrictions on new drivers.
The next big thing that is going to happen is a passenger limit of 2 people after 11:00 pm, they reckon its better to kill 2 people than a car full.

Regarding an engine swap, would a vtec civic motor, say 1600cc fit into the 79 civic?.
Also how do I wire up the wastegate open?
