Already sized this up against original T2 open-wheeler center at my local gearbox builder. There is a fair amount of custom machining, making spacer rings to fit main ring gear & speedo drive.
After calling the UK & speaking with Scott in sales, I've discovered this LSD was left over stock from a small batch order of 30 made in the early 90's for a Japanese company/tuning shop.
I've since been researching this company with no results :cry:
I'm thinking an earlier model, already proven reliable, & more readily available gearbox was used to fit this LSD...

i think we should ask kazzee about that then.ime sure he will be glad to help any way he can including asking the members of city of life,someone over there will have to know.....i hope
seems the bloke with the black t2r replica has ordered one of the diffs too!

I have done a lot of thinking re: diffs and I have a feeling this diff will bolt straight into a T1 gearbox, unforunately I dont have a spare T1 gearbox to pull apart and check...

and you realise this now after $250 is spent on machining to fit them :roll:

I would personally pay $250 to fit them, thought it would be more than that.

The T2 box is a far superior design so don't be too annoyed, and you can get way better clutches for it.
