Ok, well I spoke to the guys at the garage about the green one and they've said (as best as they can remember) it ran to a relay under the dash for the fuel pump and had you checked your getting fuel pressure, they also mentioned that there is a large block connector next to the drivers seat that connects the front and back halves of the wiring looms and whilst you could just plug the turbo front half into the standard rear half the wires won't match up.  Hope that helps.
