sadly, i have to sell my city, i can't afford to keep running my city cause of crippiling student debt, (not that my it really costs much to run anyway) but i don't really need a car, so regretfully, i'm selling my turbo 2.
how much do u guys think i should sell it for???
theres nothing REALLY wrong with it, it just needs a lil tlc.
theres no structural rust, just a tiny bit surface rust on the back hatchs' top sill (tiny bit)
the speedo cable was fuct so i'm putting a new one in, it didn't have a radiator fan for a lil while, but i never over heated it and thers one in there now, i'm not entirely sure how many k's are on the engine, cause its a second hand one, but my mate who i bought it off assures me its in good condition and its been running sweet as.
i bought a new new turbo when the engine was put in and it was in such good condition i thought it was new!!!
its got a brand new warrent of fittness and reg.
the interrior is okay, (its an '83!!!) so its showing signs of age,
it hasn't got the standerd T2 radiator, its got a T1 instead, so the intercooler doesn't sit properly, it sits on an angle, it causes no probs tho.
the paint jobs pretty sweet. a couple nics tho.
i haven't done any mods, and i have treated her sooooo well, this car was truely by baby! and i'm gutted that i have to sell her
what should i sell it for??
(i'm taking offers too.)
thanks.

Yo Dizcostu,
Bummer about having to sell your City!
As a guide, I bought my 2nd one 4 months ago for $1300. I've seen them a bit lower, but if it looks pretty good, you should get between $1000-1500.
Good luck!
Any buyers from the group?
Pete
