Hi.
Sometimes i am having a problem starting my car. Seems like the starter is good when start but the engine doesnt start. Need to try many times before the car can go.
My mechanic told me that might be the fuel filter or the fuel pump.
As i know its hard to find a fuel filter for the city turbo. Then my mechanic said he can modify one for a city turbo. It might sounds good.
I will let you guys know when i have done the modifying.
Modifying fuel filter

Re: Modifying fuel filter
Early series Integra fuel filter is a bolt in replacement. No need for any modification. Genuine is expensive, but non-OEM are available for less than half price.
Sometimes just back flushing the filter will clear the problem. If this is the problem. Is the ignition okay? I had a similar problem which was in the igniter.
Does the fuel pump run as it should at turn on?
Good luck,
Campbell
