I spent the day getting parts to give it a service and the only things i couldnt get was a new dizzy cap and air filter so ebay saved me there.

Old coil lead connection was a lil green. amazed it still run.
Image

Old air filter is very dirty.. but had to put it back in because i couldnt find a new one for now.
Image

Such small inter cooler..

Found and old bee hive.

Love how easy it is to get at the spark plugs :)

Service done for now.

things i got coming to me in the mail is a GFB G-Force 2 boost controller, a dizzy cap, uni filter air filter and a set of these.

Mugen Power CF-48's 14x6 +38 offset. Will look maad with these on it :D

alright Update. Last night i picked these bad boys up...

Image

cant wait to chuck them on.

Also got a Bee R Limiter for shits n gigs cause since these dont have cats, it will shoot flame :D

but i will state that things have been going slow for the last 2 weeks as the cars been at my suspension guy as the drivers side ball joint is rooted...
Issue is they dont make ball joints for this anymore and they are welded to the arm.... and cant find any place to rebuild them.... so its starting to become a bit of a head ache.

i might end up having to have 2 control arms made up for it.

Ok found them. I was thinking of the rear arms. This is what I have...has TII welded on them. There is a tear in one of the rubber boots, but these were both off my First T2 which I drove for some time before the engine blew. $50 for both plus post? prolly be $25 I rekon.

i take it the ball joints are still good? cause if they are, i will take them. the ball joint on the drivers side is so bad on mine, there is about 1" movement in it.

They are in good condition for their age, The car they were on never had steering issues or wheel wobble etc etc.

today i put 2 of the new wheels on the car. they look small as because of the tires on them. they are only 155/55/14's.

the 13's i took off were actually taller then these.

Image

tomorrow i will be putting the lower control arms in so at least it wont try and kill me :D
